Using her industry knowledge and superior marketing skills, she transformed the area showing prospective investors the endless possibilities that the Bank Street & Harbour Street areas had to offer.

Due to her immaculate interpersonal skills and knowledge, many of her vendors from the Bank and harbour Street complexes decided to continue their working relationship with Linda and put their trust into her to manage their most valued investment.Linda decided to move away from sales and dedicate her time to promote City Beach Properties as a specialised Property Management company. By doing this Linda has become a market leader and currently employs staff that is knowledgeable and have the same passion and vision as she does. While Linda does still do sales from time to time, her business remains a dedicated Property Management company.Over the years she has nurtured the business, elevating it to be positioned as a dominant boutique agency in Wollongong.Throughout her journey there are two things that Linda has focused on: Put our customers at the centre of everything we do and offer clear and timely communication.
